Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming client calls, determine the purpose of calls, & explain our services in detail
  2. Schedule client appointments and answer questions about the organization providing callers with addresses, directions, & other information
  3. Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, & explain details about appropriate training programs offered by the institute
  4. Update appointment calendars & follows up on potential client calls
  5. Manage program materials, session planners, & other equipment required to conduct classes
  6. Direct students and participants to their appropriate classrooms
  7. Manage payments and receipts
  8. Create and maintain daily reports on client walk-ins, follow-up calls, student pool, & payment dues

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. This is an internship opportunity so freshers and newcomers to the industry are welcome to apply
  2. Must have strong proficiency in the English Language and a tight grip on vocabulary and grammar
  3. Follows a professional approach, is self-motivated, & punctual
  4. Having a marketing background is an asset but not necessary
  5. Must have sound basic knowledge of computers
  6. Must be over 18 years of age
  7. Must have a friendly approachable attitude
  8. Must be punctual and have sound time management skills
  9. Must possess good organizational skills

NOTE: This job is not a remote position.

Salary:            Rs. 6000 per month
