Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming client calls, determine the purpose of calls, & explain our services in detail
- Schedule client appointments and answer questions about the organization providing callers with addresses, directions, & other information
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, & explain details about appropriate training programs offered by the institute
- Update appointment calendars & follows up on potential client calls
- Manage program materials, session planners, & other equipment required to conduct classes
- Direct students and participants to their appropriate classrooms
- Manage payments and receipts
- Create and maintain daily reports on client walk-ins, follow-up calls, student pool, & payment dues
Qualifications and Skills:
- This is an internship opportunity so freshers and newcomers to the industry are welcome to apply
- Must have strong proficiency in the English Language and a tight grip on vocabulary and grammar
- Follows a professional approach, is self-motivated, & punctual
- Having a marketing background is an asset but not necessary
- Must have sound basic knowledge of computers
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have a friendly approachable attitude
- Must be punctual and have sound time management skills
- Must possess good organizational skills

Salary: Rs. 6000 per month
